Approximate service processing time - depending on the evaluation of the order after tightness test:

 

Each suit after acceptance is put into the queue for leak test and evaluation - 3 working days from the moment of acceptance.

After order evaluation and leak test the service is directed to the appropriate work queue after the customer confirms the order::

  1. Up to 5 working days + shipping (1 week)
    • change of latex neck seal
    • leak test
    • extra valve installed
    • installing the knee pads
    • leak repair (up to 3 leaks)
    • change of valve (excluding valve price)
    • installing of „worm neck” neoprene
    • installing suspenders with chest pocket
    • installing p-valve
    • installing wrist rings
  2. Up to 14 working days + shipping (2 weeks) - in case of combining orders - it changes into status C
    • change of zipper (including zipper)
    • installing the side pocket
    • replacement of boot for flexsole
    • replacement of boot for standard neoprene boot, replacement of boot for sock
    • replacement of flexsole for boot
    • replacement of socks for boots
    • fitting of a neoprene hood
    • leak repair (up to 10 leaks)

  3. Up to 20 working days + shipping (4 weeks)
    • replacement of shoes requiring alteration by tailor
    • replacement of socks, flexsols requiring alteration by tailor
    • services consisting of more than 3 above mentioned service operations together
    • gluing several patches
    • various types of alterations such as: narrowing, widening, shortening, lengthening
  4. up to 30 working days + shipment (6 weeks)
    • tailoring and measuring services of drysuit and undersuit
    • various types of alterations such as: narrowing, widening, shortening, lengthening
  5. up to 10 working days + shipping (2 weeks)
    • electrical services for heating systems

 

You can pay with card when picked up personally. If the serviced item is to be sent in side polish borders, the shipment price is 22 PLN. All shipments isnide EU to the countries when there is no custom declaration needed, the cost of shipping is 25 EUR.

 

In case of incomplete or lack of any information, the serviced product recieves status „ incomplete”. The completion time counts from the date of clarification.

 

Express repairs are possible to be performed in 3 working days (previous contact with service dept. needed) and are charged extra 30% from the original service price.

 

Completion time of the serviced items counts from the moment of acceptance in service queue.

 

Santi service does not take responsibility for personal belongings left in suits and bags attached to them.
