Mariusz started working at Santi in 2017 as an engineer and in our R&D Technical Department. As an efficient and experienced engineer, he is currently holding a position of R&D Manager, supervising the work of the team responsible for the production of heating systems, heated batteries and new technology projects related to electronics and electrical engineering.
Mariusz is meticulous and composed at work. He plans the work schedule of the team, supervises the purchase of components and production parts, but also performs a wide range of operational activities in the production of all our heating products.
He appreciates his work, as many of us do, above all for the many new challenges every day, for the opportunity to accomplish things that sometimes may seem impossible, and for days full of surprises. He feels satisfaction every time when the plan comes true.
In his free time Mariusz is a musician, he plays drums in a band and listens to a lot of music. Books are also his passion.
Mariusz's dream is to travel around the world in a big luxury ship and to raise his children to be smart people.
