I’ve been diving in Santi dry suits since 2014. Being a technical and CCR diver and instructor, I am in 20-25°C water almost every day, with heavy equipment, and for long durations. My E.Lite+ and my Flex190 undergarments (that I use most often), keep me warm and dry during these long dives, essential for safe decompression, and to stay warm and healthy to ensure I can indeed be in the water every day.
Sameh is a deeply experienced technical and CCR Instructor Trainer, and the Founder and Training Director at Scuba Seekers, in Dahab, Egypt.
After spending the early chapters of his life in Cairo, Egypt, and working in the corporate sector, he started diving in 1998 in the Red Sea, and like many, fell in love with the underwater world. After beginning his technical diving journey in 2005, he found his calling with rebreathers in 2009, and again, when he began his journey with Global Underwater Explorers in 2013.
Sameh is a certified Instructor Trainer for TDI and SSI XR, and a GUE Technical and CCR instructor. He teaches the JJ-CCR, AP, and Divesoft (Backmount & Sidemount) up to the instructor level, and the rEvo hCCR up to the 100m diver level.
Sameh believes in and is deeply committed to the DIR methodology, and has a deep passion for mentoring divers to enable their diving goals in exploration and conservation, while also running Egypt’s chapter of Ghost Diving and multiple conservation initiatives through his operation, Scuba Seekers.
