How can I order a SANTI drysuit if there is no SANTI dealer in my area (country)?

Can I measure myself and send the measurements to SANTI/SANTI dealer to order a drysuit/undersuit?

We do not recommend taking measurements yourself. Remember that SANTI dealers are specially trained in taking measurements and fitting drysuits/undersuits to individual needs. Errors in self-collected measurements may result in the production of an ill-fitting drysuit/undersuit.

Can I schedule a video call with a dealer to take measurements for a new drysuit?

We do not recommend this practice; we advise meeting the dealer in person.

What are the prices of your drysuits?

The price of a drysuit depends on the specific configuration, so we do not provide prices on our website. Details are available from our dealers.

What are the prices of individual drysuit accessories such as hoods, boots, etc.?

Accessory prices depend on the specific configuration, so we do not provide prices on our website. Details are available from our dealers.

I don’t fit into standard SANTI sizes. Do I need to have a custom-made drysuit/undersuit?

It is possible to make up to 4 changes of up to 5 cm each in the standard size at no extra cost. Additional 2 modifications are available for an additional fee, and the Made to Measure (MTM) option – custom tailoring is also available for an additional fee.

I have an issue with my drysuit (e.g., leaking). Can I repair it myself?

In case of any damage/failure to the drysuit, we recommend contacting an Authorized Service Center or directly with the dealer where the purchase was made. Unauthorized repairs result in partial or total loss of warranty.

How long does it take to receive a SANTI drysuit?

The estimated production time for a drysuit is 6 weeks (42 working days). Production time starts after order approval in the system by the dealer. Delivery and customs clearance time from Poland should be added to the production time, which may vary depending on the country of order.

What is the difference between the Ladies First collection and women’s sizes of drysuits outside the Ladies First collection?

The Ladies First collection includes drysuits designed specifically for women, while women’s drysuits outside the Ladies First collection are generally available with a feminine cut option.

Do you ship to every place in the world?

Yes, of course. We have representatives worldwide, and shipments reach almost every corner of the globe. Everything depends on customs regulations and the type of product (batteries and afterdive collection available in the online store are exceptions).

Are SANTI products covered by warranty?

SANTI provides a 12-month warranty on all its products, a 2-year warranty on plastic watertight zippers used in drysuits, and a 3-year warranty on Drysuits. If you join the Stay Dry Club, you can extend the warranty on your drysuit by another 2 years.

How should I care for and store my drysuit and undersuit?

When sending equipment for service, do I have to go through a SANTI dealer, or can I do it myself?

We recommend handling the service through the dealer where the product was purchased.

First, contact the dealer where the product was purchased or look for the nearest Authorized SANTI Service Center. All contact details are available on the website, divided by country.

What do I need to do to send my equipment for service: what to do, what to include, which form to fill out, what will be the waiting time, and cost?

Contact the dealer where you placed the order or the nearest Authorized SANTI Service Center. The waiting time for repairs and costs depends on the results of the initial product expertise and the scope of work performed. If the product goes to service in Poland, the standard service takes about 10 days, including transportation to Poland and return shipping to the customer, the total time should not exceed 3 weeks. If service was arranged via dealer and the time has passed we do recommend contacting dealer to check what’s the stage of service. Non-standard services may take longer, and the client will be informed about it.

My body measurements have changed (I gained or lost weight). How and where can I make modifications? Will there be any additional costs?

Modification is possible and can only be done at our factory in Poland. Please contact the dealer where the order was placed to take measurements and note the necessary changes. After verification, the drysuit is sent to Poland. Measurement verification is necessary for the correct service process and determination of costs.
