Holiday break

We would like to inform you that SANTI Group will be on a summer break from July 25th to August 9th, 2026.

During this period, the following departments will be closed:

• Warehouse
• Production
• Service Department
• SANTI On Duty Team
• Concept Store in Warsaw
• All Office Departments

Please note that we will not be sending or receiving shipments during this time. We will also not be responding to emails, and our social media activity will be paused.

Additionally, the Service Department would like to inform you that all service orders delivered by July 10th will be completed by July 24th at the latest, except for medium-complexity, difficult, and tailor-made modification services, which may require additional time. Service parcels delivered after July 10th will be processed after our return.

We also kindly ask you not to send service parcels during the summer break, as our facility will be closed and shipments will not be accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

We look forward to welcoming you back on August 10th.
