Łukasz has been working at Santi since 2012 and during that time his career path has changed several times, as at Santi we try to support internal recruitment. Łukasz started working for us as a production worker when he was a student and then continued his career as an assistant of Executive Production Manager. Today, he holds the position of Brand Manager of SantiOnDuty (working with customers from military and public services sector) and AVATAR brand - a sister brand in our sales organization.
In his work, Łukasz is guided by the principle that nothing is impossible and everything can be settled. He is a fast learner not afraid of facing both commercial and organizational challenges. He is good at making statements, analyses and syntheses of many tasks he faces. He likes coming up with his own solutions.
Łukasz admits that he likes to work with us because all the time things keep happening, there is no place and time to get bored. The company offers excellent development opportunities and warm atmosphere. He appreciates the opportunity to work with people with passion, but also for people with passion.
Łukasz is passionate about motorization, ASG and shooting live ammunition, fishing, playing the saxophone, riding a motorcycle, playing squash, FPS games and poker. However, he admits that chilling out in the garden with family and friends and barbecue is perhaps the most meaningful to him. It is the family that gives him the greatest satisfaction and fulfilment.
Łukasz's dream is to travel - to visit every continent at least once!
