Jacek has been working at Santi since 2013. He took his first steps as a manager in the Service Department. Having gained experience, he continued as a trainer of Santi Dealers and Service Centers. Today, apart from his training and advisory role, he is a B2B Customer Service Specialist - taking care of Direct Dealers from different countries, cooperating with a group of our Brand Ambassadors, consulting and explaining all orders in which dealers need our support and actively cooperates with all Santi Service Centers.
Jacek is a person who can cover many people at work because he is familiar with many aspects of SANTI work due to his great technical knowledge of our products, previous experience in service department and Santi Concept Store in Gdynia as well as thanks to frequent trips and participation in both Demo Days and trade fairs. He is always willing to help and has a positive attitude towards assigned tasks.
Jacek himself admits that he likes working at Santi for its uniqueness, variety of goals to achieve each day, the possibility of development, the opportunity to meet new people from around the world and working with the best divers.
In his free time, he most enjoys spending time outdoor surrounded by nature. He loves hiking with friends and completing DIY tasks. Also, he is interested in camping, bushcrafting or survival. He loves riding a bicycle, which he used to construct. The greatest satisfaction for him comes from knowing that every day he can do something that in the long run changes his life and the lives of his loved ones for the better.
Jacek's dream is to start a family and live in the backwoods in a wooden house with a fireplace and a small group of pets.
